Pasteurized cow’s milk (›50%), goat’s milk (›10%) and sheep’s milk (›5%)
Milk origin: Spain

Consumption instruction and storage condition:
Remove from fridge 15 minutes before eating. Remove the wrapping and leave the cheese ventilate. For next use, wrap the cheese in aproppiate paper to avoid dehydration.
To cut the product, keep it in temperature between 2º-4ºC.
