According to the kind of cheese, sheep’s milk, goat’s milk and 3 milk cheeses.
Origin: Spain
Allergens:
Milk and dairy products: YES (lactose)
Lisozyme: derivated from White egg.

Consumption instructions and storage conditions
Cut the portion of cheese that you intend to eat, and set out at room temperature. 15 minutes is time enough. Wrap the remainder of the cheese in suitable paper to avoid dehydration, and store in the fridge.

Fresh cheeses is recommended consume it within one week.
